Affiliate For WooCommerce

I want to list and sell designs that customers have created and submitted to me for approval. I am listing their designs under a category in their brand/name on my site. They are not full blown vendors or wish to be. The individual just want a royalty every time i sell one of their designs on my site. Can this be built into this plugin (I’m a noobie).
