Invoice Payment Option

For a store exclusively serving employees of one large company, but store does not require registered users, we need a validation process to check entered PO number against a list of the company’s open purchase order numbers. This needs an admin setting where we can enter and change the list of valid numbers. A buyer that doesn’t enter the correct number would be prevented from checking out with this payment gateway.
