* Misc – Remove support for setting the tracking ID manually

Why?

I rather just simply add the tracking ID then authenticating it with my Google Analytics account.

I also work of an agency and our clients share access to their Google Analytics properties and accounts with our account.
If we where to authentic our account they could see the list of all other account we have access to.

Please add the ability to setting the tracking ID manually back into the plugin.

Also the documentation is out of date
