Cart To Quote For WooCommerce

It is very important to have options to hide/show certain elements on the template page.
For example, price or product picture.

It would be beneficial to allow hide price since this plugin is “get a quote” functionality anyway, so no prices are being displayed.

It would be good to have the option to hide/show images of the product, o select its size. Right now, the images in some email agents are being displayed way too big.

Another important one is SKU – as in default Woocommerce email templates, it would be good to have it visible on this template as well, since for some admins it is very important info and allows detect products easier.
