Make the plugin to support reading email tickets sent to a email address

When a customer sends an email to tickets@yourdomain.com then the system reads the ticket, saves in database and gives it a reference number. Emails the customer back automatically and says ticket received, we will respond in 24 hours, etc etc. this info should then show up in the ticket dashboard.
