Payment Reminder for WooCommerce

I have a presale questions like:
1. Is it compatible with WPML plugin? So can these reminders be sent in specific language, per order language OR per customer country?
2. Is it compatible with https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/ ?
