    I have scrolled across a plugin which works well and seems like it would solve your problem.

    We recently implemented this feature for a client. The cancel button from within the view subscription view leads customers to a dynamic form requesting reasons for cancelling as well as offering other alternatives such as skipping a payment cycle. The client was able to gain feedback and reduce churn significantly.

    We would be happy to demo this for those looking and look into creating a plugin for it.

    This is an extremely important feature, since it is one of the best ways to reduce churn.

    If someone found an intermediate solution to achieve this, I am happy to read about it.
