Rates are not fully described. Base cost excludes taxes as it should but not does include fuel surcharges which are often 25-50% cost increases.

In the past (I’d have to check again) I found insurance coverage (and signature for coverage over $100) was not being added for item value as it should have been as well.

Between these issues, even providing customers counter rates at “base cost” and paying with exceptional account discounts I am frequently paying more than customers are quoted.
