Allow to copy/clone/duplicate shipping zones
As setting up shipping rules can be a lot of work it would be cool if we could simply copy whole zones with all the shipping methods and rules in it.
So you could create one zone, set all the rules and simply copy and modify it for the next zone.

This should have been available by default years ago.
The absence of this feature creates many hours of uneccessary, error-prone labour.
Would be greatly appreciated!
