WooCommerce Box Office

Sell tickets for your next event, concert, function, fundraiser or conference directly on your own site

Add Date and/or Time to Tickets

When a single event has multiple dates/times that tickets are available (e.g. a concert with more than one show, matinee/evening, etc), it would be great to be able to distinguish that within the ticket from other ticket products of the same event.

So I have almost completed the website for my costumer and we decidede to give box office a go to better handle our tickets in the shops.http://www.housepaintersgermantownmd.com

A must have for sure, I don’t even understand how this could not be there. I post here just to say I believe WooIdeas is almost a joke. You can go in any extension, and the top requested features for more than 5 years are still ignored, not even “considered” or anything even with almost 600 votes.. Woo and Automattic used to mean quality and trust for me. Now I believe some of your competition is way ahead in terms of actual features and customer understanding + trendy UX..

This would be a great addition. Did they make it happen?

With WooCommerce Box Office, I would be nice to integrate ICS or VCS with when receiving the ticket confirmation. Thanks

I didn’t buy this add-on specifically because it didn’t have this feature. It was otherwise perfect.

    Dear all,

So I have almost completed the website for my costumer and we decidede to give box office a go to better handle our tickets in the shops. Now we realised that this essential information is missing. Seriously… a plugin that is all about ticketing prints a ticket without a date?

And now we either have to wait years depending on votes before this is included or get customization?

I having my return options checked right now.. this is an absolute no-go…

    Ticket without date/time. Seriously?
Just figured this out after the guarantee expired a few days ago.

Really like the blog and the all the posts that you write here. The best part about the blog is that it really helps us in deciding what is better for us to get in our daily diet for good health.

Just using this and need multiple dates for a single event, using variations seems a silly idea and hope that you can develop something more professional

3 years old and more than enough votes imho.
When is this coming to Box Office?

There must be some kind of product scheduling available for ticket products. Guys, who develops this half baked stuff?

  14. Valerie Robinson says:

This is a startling omission. Just had someone purchase tix for an event that ended a few weeks ago not realizing that there’s no way to expire the event when it’s over. I don’t want to unpublish it because I want it to show as having occurred. But there needs to be a way to make it un-purchasable afterwards and it should be automatically done.

  15. Valerie Robinson says:

This idea is also over a year old. Is this thread being watched by admins and/or is the plugin being actively enhanced? It seems a bit forgotten.

  16. Sam says:

Guys!! No functionality to input Time, Date and Location of ticketed product!?? Why else would you buy a ticket for something?? Absolutely a key requirement.

  17. Robert Shippey says:

This is also important for being able to show that the deadline for purchasing tickets has passed (either because the event is in the past, or because some additional deadline field is in the past).
The tickets plugin doesn’t really have all the required functionality without a concept of date/time for the events the tickets are for.

I got all the way to using this extension before I realized it was not a core part and I feel that’s a little silly.
